Fletcher Management, Inc. was founded in 1988 by it's President Tom Fletcher. It's mission is to provide owner managed office and apartment rentals with a personal touch. We have our own full time maintenance personnel to respond promptly to the needs of our tenants with full after hours emergency coverage.

It features large, bright apartments with refinished hardwood floors and natural woodwork. The building includes 12 apartments and 3 offices. (We do have residents who walk down the stairs to go to work.).
1316 West 25 1/2 Street, Minneapolis
This 1920s classic brownstone (sorry we couldn't help saying it again) is next door to our 2524 Hennepin building on the corner of West 25 1/2 Street and Girard Avenue. It features 7 two bedroom apartments with french windows and hardwood floors.
We do not have any apartments for rent currently.
